St. Scholastica's Bacolod Alumnae Association will be holding a cooking demo on October 1, 2011 at the Garden Royale of the Goldenfield Commercial Complex, from 1pm to 5pm. Entitled
Practical Cooking with Pablo Bringas, the show will feature the L'Fisher Hotel chef, Pablo Bringas. He will be teaching dishes from soup to dessert with recipes that could be used for business.
Tickets are sold at P500 while students with ID can get discounted tickets at P350. These are available at Quan North Drive, Quan La Salle, and Quan Lopue's East.
Proceeds of this event will benefit the charitable projects of the SSBAFI.
